Table Games Manager


The Table Game Manager is responsible for operating and maintaining an efficient and profitable Table Game. The Table Game Manager will maintain a high standard of guest service within the Table Games Department and actively promote positive customer and employee relations by ensuring that excellent customer service is continually provided.

  • Ensures Spokane Tribe Casino quality guest service and cheerful atmosphere maintained in department.
  • Must be skilled in all aspects of table games operations including but not limited to correction of errors, recommendations of disciplinary actions and monitoring all work processes.
  • Is responsible to ensure that the dealers understand procedural standards and that game protections, dealing procedures are followed at all times.
  • Ensures good guest service by all team members working for table games utilizing effective training and communication opportunities.
  • Maintains table games dealer training and practice schedule.
  • Responsible for team member issues, such as: interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, development, supervision, delegations, evaluations and disciplinary; will perform these functions in a timely manner.
  • Oversees the scheduling of the department, include in the scheduling of any necessary employee training.
  • Manages all inventory issues. Including: ordering supplies, inventory control and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and annual paperwork and any reports according to department and company needs.
  • Investigates and resolves patron complaints regarding guest services issues.
  • Must ensure there is regular table game dealer trainings either for new dealers or to correct reported dealer issues to mitigate mistakes and errors.
  • Must ensure fills and drops are done according to policy. Works with security department to ensure to ensure smooth process that does not impact guest play and service.
  • Ensures compliance with all departmental, company, gaming, state and federal laws, policies, procedures and any other applicable rules and regulations: will also enforce all required safety codes.
  • Formulates and administers departmental policies and activities and develops realistic short and long-term goals and objectives for the departments in alignment with those of the property.


  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must have a Minimum of 7-10 years of table games supervisory experience. 
  • Must have a minimum three to five consecutive 3-5 years of table games management experience.
  • Must have excellent computer skills.  Proficiency in Windows based programs required.
  • Must be experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills and organizational skills required. 
  • Must have the ability to write and articulate policies procedures, analyze budgets, and deal with customers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and compute discounts, fractions, interest rates, ratios and percentages.
  • Ability to maintain STC, team member and patron information confidentiality.
  • Must be willing and able to work variable hours, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours in excess of 50 hours per week.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Title 31 and must be able to successfully complete and train staff in the area of Title 31, Banking Secrecy Act Training.

  • Employment is contingent on receiving and maintaining adequate licensing, including any required gaming license;
  • Attend required training sessions offered by the Spokane Tribe Casino;
  • Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations;
  • Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Casino;
  • Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not encouraged or permitted to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco products;
  • Refer to the Internal Control System and Policy Manuals for guidance;
  • Take the appropriate steps to report exceptions, fraud, acts of wrongdoing, and potential violations of regulations or internal controls to the appropriate levels of management;
  • Uphold high standards of ethical behavior, demonstrate an understanding of the impacts of problem gambling, and have knowledge of the Casino’s programs to address problem gambling;
  • Establish rules for promotions and events that conform to Casino policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Capable of working in an office environment but duties may require working in all casino facilities, especially the Cage, Slots, and IT, where the position may experience moderate noise and secondary smoke;
